My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms looked better than the website photos but had a few issues like a smoke smell in supposed non-smoking rooms, a large gap under the door, and dirty windows and mirrors. Unfortunately, there were no extra blankets, and the iron didn't work properly. On the bright side, the service was excellent, although there was an initial attempt to overcharge me. The location was convenient with friendly staff, but there were some concerns about minors causing disturbances in front of the hotel. The dining options were not satisfactory, with unpleasant smells and limited choices. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel did not lack effort in providing accommodating service and trying to rectify issues beyond their control.
